Topic specific courses (no exam)

For those already with both broad-based knowledge and some experience of project or programme management, then choose from our wide range of topic specific courses listed below.

Each topic specific course aims to develop knowledge, skills, tools and techniques of one or more specific areas of project or programme management, but without the added pressure of an examination. It is assumed that delegates have a basic and broad understanding of project management principles and methods. It is also  recommended that delegates typically have at least two years of actual project or programme management experience in order to gain maximum benefit from each topic specific course.

For in-house delivery, most courses can also be tailored to an organisation’s specific needs. A number of topic specific courses are also available as open public scheduled events
