PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate (Classroom)

This three-day course enables delegates to attain the level of competence required to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate examination. It is designed to provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of the principles and terminology of PRINCE2 in order to act as an informed member of a project team on a project using the PRINCE2 method. Courses taking place after 1st September will be based on the NEW 2009 version of PRINCE2.

Who should attend:

Project staff requiring training in the PRINCE2 Project Management method. Project staff wishing to gain a level of competence in the PRINCE2 method or who are required to play a role in a project conducted in accordance with the PRINCE2 method.

Duration: 3 days (including 1 hour exam). Recommended minimum of 15 hours pre-course self-study time required.
Timings: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Examination: 1 hour multiple choice examination.  The examination is held at the end of the course.       
Venues: Reading for public scheduled courses.
 
For in-house single client courses this event is held at the client selected venue.

Price:  £995 + VAT per delegate inclusive of lunch, refreshments and exam fees.

Course style: The course is designed to be interactive, with opportunities for discussion. The course devotes time for group-based case studies and exercises.  It will be required of delegates to do evening work during the week that the course is taking place. The number of delegates on each course is limited to ensure the highest quality and level of delegate participation.  All delegates are provided with a copy of the PRINCE2 manual and a Provek PRINCE2 self-study pack for review prior to the workshop
Pre-requisites: None.
Pre-course study: OGC’s PRINCE2 Manual and Provek’s PRINCE2 pre-study workbook.  Recommended minimum of 15 hours pre-study time required.
