Provek is a programme and project management specialist with accredited training organisation (ATO) status. Provek will work with you to understand your Programme and Project Management (PPM) training and development needs and to appreciate the outcomes you seek to achieve.
We will then recommend a solution to meet your needs, which may be for example a Provek ‘off-the-shelf’ best-practice learning intervention (e.g. a two-day qualification course with exam) or a tailored course or practical workshop, or indeed possibly a modular development programme for programme or project managers as part of career or competence enhancement key staff spread over many months, including ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ skills development.
Provek will provide a supportive and partnership style approach to help you achieve your aims.
