ECITB APMP Certificate (4 day / no exam)

APMP is aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers who wish to demonstrate their knowledge of project management. This course is designed to improve the skills of project management staff to enable them, through good project management practice, to make sound business decisions and thereby manage their projects to a successful conclusion.

APMP is a qualification recognised both nationally and internationally and also across all sectors and industries. This course is fully accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM) and covers the full syllabus of the APMP Certificate in Project Management which comprises 37 topic areas from the APM’s Body of Knowledge 5th Edition. ECITB approved course materials are used for this course. Hence, this course is expected to be attended primarily by those working in, or involved in, the engineering construction industry.

This APMP Certificate course contains an engineering construction industry specific project scenario that is used in exercises by the delegates during the course. These exercises focus on the practise of key project management techniques. In addition, examples of good project management practice drawn from the engineering construction industry are presented on important topics.

This 4-day course does not comprise the APMP Certificate examination nor the intensive examination revision and preparation provided separately or included by Provek as separate options.
