ECITB APMP Certificate + Exam preparation + Exam (4 day + 2 day)

APMP is aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers who wish to demonstrate their knowledge of project management. APMP is a qualification recognised both nationally and internationally and also across all sectors and industries. This course is fully accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM) and covers the full syllabus of the APMP Certificate in Project Management which comprises 37 topic areas from the APM’s Body of Knowledge 5th Edition. ECITB approved course materials are used for this course. Hence, this course is expected to be attended primarily by those working in, or involved in, the engineering construction industry.

The first part of this package is a 4-day APMP Certificate course contains an engineering construction industry specific project scenario that is used in exercises by the delegates during the course. These exercises focus on the practise of key project management techniques. In addition, examples of good project management practice drawn from the engineering construction industry are presented on important topics.

The second part of this package is an intensive 1-day APMP examination revision and preparation course followed by the 3 hour APMP examination starting on the morning of the second day. This is normally scheduled 3 to 5 weeks after the 4-day APMP Certificate course allowing delegates time to review and consolidate their learning prior to the examination preparation course and the APMP examination itself.
