Project Management Overview

This one-day course can be tailored to an organisation’s requirement and presents an overview of best-practice project management and working in a project organisation. 

It will provide an introduction to the key project management tools and techniques and will be suitable for staff working with or within project teams.

Please note that this course can also be provided as a two-day overview should more depth be required than the more popular one-day course can provide.

Who should attend:

Project team members, Project Planners, Project Office staff, Project Coordinators, Junior or inexperienced project managers, Work-package leads, Senior managers, Project Sponsors and any staff new to project management who require an insight into best-practice project management.

Duration: Typically 1 or 2 days.
Timings:

Typically 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. but can be varied to suit the audience.

Examination: None.
Venues: Available only as an in-house single client course held at a client selected venue.
