Who should attend:

Project staff wishing to demonstrate a recognised level of competence in project management or who are required to play a role in a project conducted in accordance with the PRINCE2 method.

Duration: 5 days. Recommended minimum of 15 hours pre-study time required.
Timings: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 12.30 p.m. on Friday (including exam)
Examination: 3 hour examination to include 9 objective test questions.  The examination is held at the end of the course.
Venues: Reading or Letchworth for public scheduled courses.
 
For in-house single client courses this event is held at the client selected venue.
Dates: Reading: May 11-15; July 13-17; October 12-16 
Letchworth:  June 15-19; September 7-11; November 23-27
Price:

£1495 + VAT per delegate inclusive of lunch, refreshments and exam fees.

Course style: The course is designed to be interactive, with opportunities for discussion. The course devotes time for group-based case studies and exercises. All delegates are provided with the PRINCE2 manual and a Provek pre-study workbook prior to the workshop.  Delegates will be required to do evening work during the week of the course.  Numbers on each course is limited to ensure the highest quality and level of delegate participation.
Pre-requisites: Ideally a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a project environment as a senior manager, project manager, project/team leader or end-user.
Pre-course study: OGC’s PRINCE2 Manual and Provek’s PRINCE2 pre-study workbook.  Recommended minimum of 15 hours pre-study time required.
