Putting PRINCE2 into Practise

This 2-day workshop is designed to show how the theory of PRINCE2 can be applied to real life projects and adopted as a working method across the organisation. It will deal with the practical problems that many organisations have experienced when trying to implement the method and offers practical strategies on how these can be overcome.

The workshop will be delivered by an experienced PRINCE2 consultant who has extensive experience of not only training the PRINCE2 method but also implementing it across different organisations. Delegates need to have some prior knowledge of PRINCE2 and are likely to be Foundation or Practitioner qualified.

Who should attend:

Project sponsors, project managers, senior managers, programme and project office staff that are familiar with working in a PRINCE2 project environment, and ideally who already have either Foundation or Practitioner level certification.

Duration: 2 days.
Timings: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Examination: None.
Venues: For in-house single client courses this event is held at the client selected venue.

Pre-requisites:

Familiarity with the PRINCE2 methodology is required.

Pre-course study: None required. Although a refresher of the PRINCE2 manual is recommended depending on your current level of PRINCE2 knowledge
