PRINCE2 Overview

This overview is designed to introduce staff to the PRINCE2 structured project management methodology. The course covers a wide range of topics and includes practical application by the delegates of some of the techniques and components used in PRINCE2.

The course can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of the organisation. The course is typically one day but can be extended where appropriate.

 

Who should attend: Project team members to senior managers who may need to contribute to working in a PRINCE2 project environment or who require a briefing on, or overview of, PRINCE2.
Duration: 1 day.
Timings: Typically 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Examination: No examination.
Venues: Available only as an in-house single client course held at a client selected venue.
