Training supports the ultimate driving machine

Project staff from the BMW group of companies are being provided with an accredited introduction to project management course by Provek. The course follows the APM Introductory Certificate syllabus and focuses on the application of practical project management tools and techniques which the BMW project staff can apply to their projects. An end of course test confirms that the learning objectives have been met. Martin Lovell, BMW Training Specialist says "We get a very good service from Provek and our delegates are benefitting from the applied nature of the training". More information

Soft skills make the difference

Extensive evidence from Provek’s own in-depth analysis of project manager’s capabilities (see Cracking the Code) as well as many other studies, all point to the importance of communication skills in successful project managers. Provek provides specialist  highly interactive development courses for project and programme managers in a range of these soft skills, which as we know are actually hard to practise well. Recent interventions by Provek with major companies on soft skills development, for example Vodafone, have refreshed and strengthened the communication skill sets for a range of project staff.
