Prince2 Foundation & Practitioners
This course is aimed at Project Managers seeking to gain a qualification in project management and for those wishing to progress in this field.
The course is run over 5 days, broken in to the Foundation element for the first 3 days and then the last 2 days are for the Practitioners element.
The 3 day foundation element is designed to provide delegates with an in-depth understanding of the principles and terminology of PRINCE2 to act as an informed member of a project management team on a project using the PRINCE2 method, within an environment supporting PRINCE2.
The remaining 2 days is accredited workshop is designed to prepare delegates for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination. Delegates will have achieved the Foundation certificate and the workshop will help them to apply PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario.
