Skoolz Out for Business – The Academy offers young entrepreneurs in Hertfordshire (school years 6, 7 and 8) the opportunity to meet and work with business professionals. Daily challenges are aimed at developing the skills needed to succeed for their future progression , through a range of interactive and practical activities for students.
Students undertake a varied menu of practical, interactive activities which relate to the key skills required in the workplace such as:
- communication
- team working
- problem solving
- presentations
At the same time the students benefit by:
- meeting new friends from different schools
- growing in confidence
- gaining new knowledge
