We offer Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales and Telesales and Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools Apprenticeships.

• Business Administration Apprenticeship – NVQ level 2 & 3 if you want a job or career which involves office work or administration, our Business Administration apprenticeship is what you're looking for. 

• Customer Service Apprenticeship – NVQ level 2 & 3 if you're looking for a job which involves working with customers either on the phone or face to face our Customer Service apprenticeship will suit you.  This could include shop work, office work, or anything involving customers.

• Sales or Telesales Apprenticeship – NVQ level 2 & 3 if you're interested in helping people make informed buying decisions, talking to or meeting new people and building lasting relationships, then our Sales & Telesales Apprenticeship could be the one for you.

Apprenticeships are an excellent way of gaining qualifications relevant to your job whilst getting paid to do the work.  Most of the training and assessment is done at your place of work where an assessor visits you.  Qualifications will help you progress in your career and to move onto better paid jobs.

How long does an Apprenticeship take?

• NVQ level 2 qualification takes 9-12 months
• NVQ level 3 qualification takes 12-15 months 

What are the entry requirements?

You will need to:

• want a job in Hertfordshire, Bedfordhsire, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough or North London
• be able to achieve Level 1 in English and Maths (as a minumum) or already have a GCSE in these subjects (grade A-C)
• be motivated and committed to successfully completing the Apprenticeship
