If you have recently been made redundant, or you think you are in danger of being made redundant, then our redundancy consultation service can help you.

We offer a flexible service to meet your individual needs.  We can do this through your employer or directly to you as part of our career development package of services.

This service will be FREE of charge as it is fully funded by the National Careers Service.

Our redundancy consultation service will support you with:

• help with finding and matching to suitable jobs
• a one-to-one advice and guidance session on careers and career change leading to a personal development plan
• optional access to psychometric testing to assess your skills and attributes (cost applies)
• help with writing or updating your CV, preparing for interviews
• free training to help you gain work based skills and qualifications
• coaching to assist job search and career change
• an advisory helpline, CV matching service and online resources
• signposting you to help with business start up and benefits advice
• making the most of social media, self branding and e-networking
