As a participant in our career development programme, you will be provided with a detailed plan that is designed specifically for you. 

This plan will normally include:

• an outline of your agreed goals and aspirations
• an assessment of your skills and strengths
• a summary of how to achieve your goals and make the changes you want
• how to overcome any blocks that might be in your way
• issues that might affect your future plans and what to do about them
• advice and information on job search
• links to information sources you might need
• sources for financial advice and information
• information on future contacts and sources of help
• actions to be take and timescales agreed

If you buy a ‘one off’ career development session, your plan will help you move forward.  If you use our ongoing coaching programme, then we will review and update your plan as you go along.
