Our specialist vocational rehabilitation service supports people whose careers have been disrupted through personal injury or illness, but want to get back on track and work again.

We have a skilled and professional team who are experts in vocational guidance, and offer a service tailored to individual need. 

This includes:

  • an initial assessment to identify the issues and barriers preventing a return to work
  • an assessment of transferable skills to help career change
  • ongoing coaching and support to build confidence and overcome barriers
  • advice and information on new career directions
  • use of psychometric testing to support career change
  • detailed assessment and recommendations of action to be taken
  • support in job search and recruitment
  • access to specialist programmes to build confidence in the workplace, through supported employment and work experience
  • advice and support on re-training

We also provide an expert witness service in vocational guidance.
