HCS has experience of working with a large international bank to support the development of high performing managers through a series of activity days in schools specifically designed to develop leadership and facilitation skills.
HCS identified the behaviours that would be used in the delivery of the activity days and matched these against the bank’s capability framework; this provided an assessment criteria against which to evaluate the managers performance on the day in school.
Over 2000 managers and approximately 5000 students have benefitted from this collaboration between education and business.
