How much will it cost my organisation?

Through government funding, employers receive full support for training those apprentices aged under 19.  For apprentices over 19, employers will receive partial support and are required to make a contribution of £320 towards the cost of training (which can be paid in instalments).
All apprentices need to be employed and paid a minimum wage of £2.60 per hour in their first year of training.  Many are paid considerably more – with the average being around £170 per week.

How do apprentices learn?

Our programme is flexible to meet the needs of the individual as well as the employer.  We offer one-to-one support, coaching and advice, all of which will be delivered at the place of work.
The programme consists of a combination of work-based assessment and learning, including the use of online resources and relevant workbooks.
