Luke Dart, Argos – I was one of the team members who brought HCS into Argos Direct, after finding out about the site wide redundancies.  I found them to be very helpful and quick to react as time was becoming an issue.
We requested a series of 2 day training sessions that they were happy to facilitate but due to previous training sessions we requested that they were modified their content so not to conflict with previous information, again HCS did this with no issue.
Both training sessions were obviously well planned, you could tell that the two presenters had the knowledge and experience required and was not just reading off a script.  It was clear that they wanted to direct us in the right direction so we got the training we needed to find a job quick!
Even after I left Argos HCS would call my mobile and provide me with information regarding jobs that would suit me, not once did I receive anything that I felt was too high or below my station which in my eyes shows the level of thought that goes into these calls and as soon as I found a job, they wished me well and I haven’t received a call since which again shows their efficiency with their admin.  I have however received a couple of follow up emails asking how I am getting on in my new role which adds a personal touch.
In conclusion I found HCS to be very professional, helpful and personal and would recommend them to any company who unfortunately has to go through redundancy.

Cranfield University –  HCS offered appropriate and beneficial support to our staff during a difficult time.  The staff benefitted from the experience of your advisor’s and found the sessions worthwhile and encouraging.

John Lewis Partnership – A fantastic level of support was offered, all consultants were professional and friendly.  Not once did any of the HCS Redundancy Team let us down if anything they exceeded our expectations.  The support offered did not stop once the one to one meetings with redundant Partners ended, it continued long after that too.
